Looking for a specific type of square tube steel connector.

I’m looking for a certain type of square steel tubing connector for a project we’re doing at work. We need to be able to disassemble and reassemble somewhat quickly to change the design to meet customer requirements (they don’t know what they want).

It’s for 1.5” OD 304SS square tube steel, with a wall thickness of 1/8”. We are looking for:

Where might I source something like this? I found a few of them in China, but we can’t use that as a reliable source.

that’s the right shape, but the connectors need to be made of SS also. the ones you posted are nylon

is this a large quanitity or one off thing? if not a large quantity just build em and be done that day lol

In the past we just mitered the tubes or welded them in the configuration that we needed and it was fine, but obviously that’s time consuming and very labor intensive (TIG, polish, etc). It’s for a complex frame for a pharmaceutical customer of ours. Since they change the process pretty often, it changes the shape of the frame. It’s something where it’s going to be a pretty common occurrence (hopefully) so we want to have access to a good source.
