Just what the title says. I need a KA24E for my '89 240. The motor in it has a cracked head that I just discovered. I would like to find one that runs well and doesn’t need much more work than the usual timing chain and such. If anyone has one let me know and post up the mileage and price. No hurry as I am not selling the car until spring, but it would give me something to do over the winter. Thanks, Shawn
Got one. From an 89, odo has 217xxx MILES, but engine was rebuilt… sometime, lol. Runs well, no alternator. You’d have to remove it yourself I guess, or buy the car and tow it. We have engine hoist here, but you’d have to rent the garage space from my mom and sister lol.

I have one. Timing chain with about 5000 kms on it. Pulled out for an SR swap. Burns a wee bit of oil. $200 obo.
Where are you at??? Milaege on engine?
Sherwood Park, 5 mins east of Edmonton. Mileage was around 225K if I remember correctly.
