Looking to borrow ALDL Cable for 95 Formula

As title says, I am looking to borrow a ALDL cable so I can pull the BIN from the 95 Formula I recently purchased. Not ready to do a bunch of datalogging or anything, and don’t have the $80 or more to spend right now. Willing to travel to you so I can use cable. I’ve got the laptop and software, just need cable. can work with serial or USB.

I tried to use a OBD1 cable with jumpers to the right pins on my car, but could not get it to read the PCM (it could see the cable). I tried it using CATS Winflash, Datamaster and TunerPro with no success.

95’s are unique, they use OBD1 protocol, but have OBD2 plug.

You can make your own. Ill see if I can find the wiring schematic somewhere. Not up to par on my lt1s as much any more…

I have one you can borrow. I can go home from work (Edgewood/Swissvale) by way of Rt. 30 / Rt. 148. Usually around 3:30 or 4:00. Either of those close to your house/work since you’re from North Huntingdon?

RT 30 is VERY close (especially by Hamilton Buick), and I cross 48/148 on my way home from work (near round hill farm). I will PM you my cell number, and we can work out details. THANKS!
