once you grow up and get a life you will understand the big fuss. I live in west mifflin and my kids will not go to the school. I will most likely move in the next few years, but if not it’s either home school or a private school.
Sheltering is one thing, putting your “nice” kids into a school with a bunch of “bad” kids is just stupid. Your “nice” kids will not be any tougher or be in culture shock when they get into the workforce because the trash will not be in the workforce.
I see what you are saying about giving kids a chance, but just don’t give them a chance around my kids. Keep the trash with the trash and let the people that actually work and pay taxes have a decent school. It’s stupid to take a nice school and turn it into shit. This happened to Baldwin, it was nice until section 8 took over the baldwin court apartments and let all of that shit into the school.
