that’s not to great either. baldwin courts are off of lebanon church, by jefferson cemetery.

I heard it was sold to someone who will not let section 8/hud be in there anymore - that should be very good for baldwin and surrounding areas.

I live close to them…that is the word around here too…i hope it is true…that way when I sell my property value will go up.
