I really am not trying to be a dick here, but there is probably no avoiding it. So to you sintegra24, I’ll apologize in advance. However what I’m about to say is to help the community of perhaps undereducated buyers.
The price of your head stuff is fair because you include a lot of extras. However, to whomever buys this or is interested in this: Looking at the pictures, it is clear to see that the head has seen some engine sludge in its time. Which means, it really needs to be disassembled and jet washed to be sure no oil passages are clogged. That also means as it sits there may be oil passages that are clogged and there is an excellent chance that you’ll see some heavy scoring where your camshafts ride.
As for the “minty fresh” transmission: once again, very fair price. However, mileage is unknown, I’m 100% sure it’s out of a car that’s pre 1996 by looking at the VSS. So unless it’s been recently rebuilt recently it’s freshness is highly suspect.
