Just wondering what kinda lug nuts everyone is using… and how they like them.
as long as they keep the wheels on they are good in my books. Rays and Kics
I use guerilla lugs, used them on my last 2 cars, like them, good price and dependable, like all lugs are

Just heard that the rays lugs are prone to stripping… project kics is supposed to be higher end.

Yes sir … a set of mine did already as some aluminum ones do. Work ones are better apparently
guerilla ones always backed off on all my cars which really sucked as I would always have to check them before I drove my car anywhere on them. Now I just do not use them anymore. So NO, not all lugs are dependable.

Hrmm… maybe some work extended then… fuck something so easy… such a hard decision.
i have the rays and they are great, but they are starting to get banged up sadly.
I have heard about lots of kinds stripping but I think its probly the idiots that impact there lugs on or put them on improperly and try to tighten them
never had a problem with any of mine…I think if you have a problem picking lug nuts you have some serious issues you should attend to lol…more expensive probly better quallity is almost always rule of thumb so if you wanna spend 300 on kics lugs go right ahead

I have never had a problem like that. Maybe there was another issue with your car, IDK, I have never had any problems that you speak of.

nope it is a problem with the lugs in particular actually, thanks for thinking there was an issue with myself. Some lugs are by design shitty or made of cheap material
I used Tire Warehouse specials (gorilla) for a long long time and never had a problem. The M12X1.25 nissan ones and the M12X1.5 open ended honda one when i had my arp studs.
None ever backed off of losened. Always torqued to 90 ft-lbs
There is a problem with you scott!!!
all i have had is enkei racing ones which were badass and lightweight my bro has them now…kal tire specials in chrome which had more problems with the ket then the lugs themselves…and just got some mutekis hope they last me for a while…if anything i think the finish will fade
but yeah had more problems with stock ones haha
Serious issues? Cmon man… i wanna pick a quality product to put on my car because i take pride in it… i don’t want to spend $150 on rays lugs and have them strip quickly. Obviously i will not be impacting them. I know you were kidding… but i’m just trying to get some feedback from guys already running different kinds.
mine were hurt from the dealer…stupid dealer
