Proceeds will be going to my lawyer fees of suing the mortgage company!!!

My dad passed away in October without a will and somehow the bank F-D (They didnt give a forclosure notice and they new I have a mortgage in process to buy it) but THE F-D me and they forclosed because there is no executor yet (I will be in like 5 days). The gentleman that purchased the house is giving me 2 weeks to get everything out of the house…

Basically there is a TON of MISC stuff in the house, most of its stuff I do not want or need and I want to focus my time on moving the important stuff…

Here is some stuff that needs to be sold… For whatever you think is a good deal!!!

Couch and Chair - They match

Single Bed - Very nice shape, good for a kid.

Some sort of Animal cage

MISC : Kithen electronics

Big Cube style freezer - old but it works

Tons of old rock records… Like 200 at least

Riding Snapper Lawn Mower - Not the best shape but it works GREAT and hauls ass.

And a bunch more MISC house stuff like tools, gardening stuff, random oils for cars.

MISC: Drill Pieces, Bolts…

94 Ford Exploder- I dont know whats going on with it but it needs work. Figure out a way to get it in your name and get it out of there Ill let it go for like $500 / BO.

I have well over 1000 records of various genres. Do I NEED another 200+? No. Would I take them for $25-$50? Yes. Is this collection worth more than I’m offering? Of course it is, why would I pay more if I don’t have to? :slight_smile:

But seriously, what are your options? Have someone make an offer for the whole lot, or have someone come by and waste your time while they sift through them all, and buy 5 for $1 each.

I’m not looking to buy them in order to turn around and make a profit off some rare* records. I’m more of a “record-pack-rat” than a “collector.” Most of my collection came to me as gifts from friends and family who no longer had a use for their records.

*Rarity of records is usually based on the number produced and the quality of the remaining records. “Rock” records are printed in mass quantities and there are surely tens of 1000s of them still out there.
