you did tell me that, and thats why even if we can get it running, i have a buyer that is not very smart and willing to pay me about 9k for it now, running on 3 cylinders…so i will be the asshole that i am and take FULL advantage of the guy…i hope with the new harness it will run properly so i can sucker him in for another 2k or so…then i’ll have 11k to play with, along with whatever i can save over the off season…hopefully next summer will be a bit more fun…a lot can be done with 11k
it wont be easy to say goodbye to it, but a stock tt will be a lot more reliable than a swap, even though i have replaced almost every major maintenance part in the car…
you need to use something besides acrylic. we use that on some of our IRWIN displays at they are very scratched. looks like ballz, and i mean hairy ballz.

i want to make a coffee table w/a block underneath. like the one that had the rods/pistons holding up the glass, and the empty cylinders were wine holders
there’s a 289 block in my parents basement. maybe in a couple years when I have some free time I’ll do it up
