listen i know my food and i know how much food weighs, i weigh everything i eat. and one thing i know is thats not over 4.5lbs of meat!!!
maybe, a BIG MAYBE, 72 oz b4 cooked dripping in blood. i would say thats about 30-40oz cooked at most!

delmonicos has a “24oz” steak. sometimes u get tons of fat though.
