i don’t frequent here, can somebody point me in the right direction to order motorcycle slicks for the cheapest price? best price i could find was 145-150 a piece… the 26/7/17 size

Why not run a real size slick? I was always stumped why evo guys run motorcycle jump offs

to clear stock brembo’s, im not getting a wilwood small brake setup brehh! plus mid 1.3’s-1.4’s are always nice

So you cant go that wide, or you cant go with a smaller rim?

smallest rim i can do is a mazda RX7 FD wheel ( 16in) with a 20mm spacer then i can do a 16in hoosier QTP

but yea, can’t go with a smaller rim

so my option is FD wheels and hoosiers
or stock wheels on MT MC slicks

but ppl want a fortune for the FD wheels unless i find a sucker to sell em to me for dirt.

M/T makes 17’’ slicks now, Im not sure of the sizes off hand though…

Yea I had a set for one of my dsm’s that I paid 250 for with good tires

so lemme get this straight…you have an awd car…and need slicks…why not drag radials? that way you could have a bit more leeway with running it on the street.

then get some with a not so stiff sidewall. its all in the sidewall, im sure you have read that. what about mt et street drag radials?

i don’t want 18’s( only size mt offers that fits an evo)
nitto DR’s suck, they like to hop
hoosier DR’s suck too (the 245/45/17s)
bfg only makes a 225/45/17 which would be my choice but with my gearing i’d be reving 4th out even higher

sooo that leaves me with m/t motorcycle slicks or hoosier QTP’s
