Oh how I love write offs… I remodeled the whole house last year, I had a lot of deductions. This year shouldn’t be too bad either.
I’d join in on the fun, but I’m in a school apartment at the moment, so it’d be a bedroom and a kitchen/living room/dining room

Renting a nice house right now, saving a bunch of money for a really nice down payment.
Only highlight of the current set up is the sand volleyball court in our backyard and our proximity to the local college.
I got a house in Buffalo I am eyeing, but I would need to make a career/physical move.
Nice houses by the way, makes me want to spend money.

The NOVA homes are alike in the community they are in, because they are all made by the same company. Once you get into a wealthy area where they are individual homes and not in an HOA community then you start to see the differences.
