i figure i should be one of the sheep and post a house thread.
i bought my first house back in November. the house is located in the Town of Lockport. its a single story ranch (1100 sq feet), 3 bedrooms, with an attached 1 car garage on a 100 x 300 foot (.75 acre) lot. it was built in 1964 and doesnt need much work other than removing the old lady country theme the previous owner left me with. it is a perfect size for a bachelor pad and has plenty of room to expand if i ever decide to have a family. now on to the pics…
lol, the lady who lived here before must have been a bird nut. there are probably a dozen bird houses scattered around the yard. this spring its gunna be like a soup kitchen for the birds when i rip em all down. they are gunna be lining up for handouts.
just the sides. on the right side its fenced all the way to the back with chain link. the right side its only fenced half way with a picket fence. i plan to fence in the rest when i can afford to, but 200 feet of fence is gunna cost a bit.
Dang dude. Small house, big yard, pool. Definitely perfect bachelor pad. Now you’ve just got to get like a Mastiff or some equally large manly dog to lumber around the place and plant land mines in the yard. :tup:
