So we finally bought a house! Woo-hoo! It needs some work,but I love it. It has tons of potential. And has LOTS of land! Some new siding and a new roof and she is good to go! It has a 1.5 car garage a half finished basement with 11.8 acres of land!

It is in East Otto…10 minutes from the end of the 219 in Springville. It is not a dirt road ANYMORE,what you are seeing is just the shoulder of the road.
I am so excited and scared all at the same time. Buying a house is not like renting one…you can’t exactly pick up and move if things get to expensive. Oh well…

It was a foreclosuer (sp) so we got it an an awesome price of…47K
4 bedrooms,2bathrooms,fireplace in the living room which is closed off right now but we will probably open it next summer,HUGE kitchen…

but all the siding has to be done by a licensed and insured contractor so if anyone on here is one and wants to make some money let me know! but we can def. paint the inside on our own and we will because the living room and master bedroom are mint green!
