Our new fixer-upper *MORE PIC**

Decent chunk of land, Is it wooded, open, swampy? House definitely needs some work but the price makes up for it.

Oh good god yes!

but all the siding has to be done by a licensed and insured contractor so if anyone on here is one and wants to make some money let me know! but we can def. paint the inside on our own and we will because the living room and master bedroom are mint green!

i work for a place that sells roofing and siding we have one store in NT and another in Orchard Park n im sure they would deliver to where you’re at you could call our store for the other stores # the company is Miris Cash and Carry phone # 694-9069(nt store) im sure they could give you the name of a good contractor too.

Wow thats awesome. Thats a LOT of land! Although I must say that I laughed that you said its scary to own a house because you can’t pick up and move if it becomes expensive and the house only cost you 47k lol. Sorry to me thats kind of funny though. Congrats on being a home owner! Now the fun REALLY begins with all the painting and doing everything to make the house your home. Congrats again!

its 47 yes but we are taking out a 80k loan with 4k a year in taxes and im the only one that works… that makes the monthly payments about $902.02… and driveing from east otto to williamsville everyday… the scary part is we need to get all the work done in 6 months b/c of the “rehab” loan…

i dont know man, maybe you should have looked for something closer since your the bread maker.

if ya guys need any hookups let me know … I have lots

i cant see pics at work… but you did get an inspector before purchase right?

there are still people who think $300 is too much to spend, or they get a lousy
one and find out the place needs 30k in work…
(thats 30k on stuff they did not want to spend 30k on)

congrats…
i hope my next place has some land… my .129 acres kinda suck.

Congratulations guys, all the best…I’m closing on Aug. 30th…

Congrats, I just bought a house as well and I have about 8 cases of beer here ready to be consumed. I am having a house warming party tonight, maybe you can have a house warming jamboree with all that extra land.

oh we will have a house warming-extravaganza! but we should probably wait until next summer when the weather gets good again.by the time we get in it will be almost snowing.

so when are you guys moving and what not, because id love to help the 4door faimly in anyway!

well we will be moving all our stuff into storage the last week of September and then moving in with my parents (rent free of course) until the house is done and then moving all our stuff from storage into the new house as soon as we can…and we would love all the help we can get! of course there will be food and beverages for anyone who helps!:beer2:
