Bought a garage

It came with 3 houses

The little one out back and the duplex up front.

Looks nice…any more info and pics???

Nice. Where abouts?

Each unit is a 3 bdrm 1.5 bath. 1250sq ft.

2.5 Car Garage

Good sized yard

Cheektowaga - Losson Park area on a no thru traffic street, has a huge easement due to my neighbors the power lines…but it makes my yard gigantic.

Closing on a house is one of the most tedious things I have ever done in my life.

Cant wait for the summertime BBQ and home remodel opportunities.

Nice place, looks like the houses on Losson. Whats up with the tape on the floor?

EDIT: just noticed you already said losson park, lol.

Nice Kyle!

Looks very nice! God help you when that brick needs repointing though. :ohnoes:

Haha…all 4 sides too.

Helps to know people :wiggle:

But I am also going to waterproof the entire masonry with a product my company makes which should resist the elements and reduce the need for pointing in the future significantly

good stuff, I’ve been debating buying a multi-unit here in Rochester (temporary dwelling until I can build, and then rental income)…

Concrete, brick - can you say maintenance free?

Congrats Kyle.

Yeah…its a good investment either way.

I am going to live in half and my sister and brother in law in the other half so its a little safer than random tenants off the street.

If i had to find someone off the street to live there I would probably rent both sides.

It was definetly one of the perks.

i love the doll house in the back, when can we have some tea parties??

edit: srsly, how many lil girls were touched in there, good lord~!

I am going to have set Beck traps all over my yard now.

He hates getting hit with roman candles. Keep that in mind.

Nice looking house. I have been looking all over for a nice double for a while now and never saw that one, oh well you win :frowning:

How has the Saab held up?

That’s been the hold-up for me in some ways - I love that I am the ONLY ONE on the whole floor of my building, and one of 4 lofts period here - and after 5ish the commercial tenants are all gone so I can watch movies loudly, have people over, and on the flip side not worry about being able to sleep in on a weekend or going to bed early (god, I’m getting old). It would be tough to give that up but I’m willing to compromise to save money and plan for some future income - I am slowly realizing if I stay in Rochester I’ll almost certainly have to either build or do a down-to-the-bones resto to get what I want aesthetically / architecturally vs just buying a ready-to-move-in- existing house, there’s NOTHING close to contemporary here :frowning:

It is a piece of shit

Yeah…the first apt. I lived in I had neighbor issues and refuse to live in an apt. type atmosphere because of it. I have rented a small house for almost 4 years now and its just time for something different and my own.

And Sorry TPGSR…had to jump on it but come be my neighbor…there is a single family right next door and 2 duplexs within 1/8th mile for sale.

Can you PM me a link to the other two duplexes? It looks like you are on a nice street.
