got to love the horns
I like NFG alot, but i also like Bush Nirvania green day and other early 90s music. Im really stuck on yellow card right now, the one guy in the band plays a eletric fytal and it gives the music something different kinda cool if you ask me. But i have to agree late 90s and early 2000 music blows compared to early 90s music. but i listen to everything from clasical to techno to rap to alternative. about the only thing i dont like is country and jazz.
I don’t mind alot of the music on 105.9. Allthough, I never buy CDs from these new bands, most of them sound the same to me and most of them don’t seem to last very long. I allways go back to listening to the older stuff that I love, i.e., tool, APC, staind, korn, defones, sevendust, rage, ect.

How did modern rock music get so fucking lame? I made a CD last night of Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Pearl Jam, and some other stuff in the same early-nineties vein… It made me realize that most songs currently on the radio make me want to gouge my fucking eardrums with sharp pencils… How has the music listening public been brainwashed to accept fucking garbage like Dashboard Confessional, Blink-182, Slipknot as “modern rock”. Fuck modern rock radio in its stupid ass.:madfawk:

i don’t jump on bandwagons.
i’m getting a Suzuki Swift GTI.
No matter what I buy, I need good mileage (I drive 40-50k miles a year)… so if I want something quick, I’ll have to make up for lack of power with lack of weight.

it’d take thousands to reshape my big jewish nose… not cost-effective…
I figure the Swift is 1700lb and 100hp… I’ll do springs, struts, tires, and an SSGTI stage 1 chip and have a fun little car. If I’m still really into it, I’ll look into SSGTI’s turbo kit and Quaife LSD.
