I was making some slight tuning changes throughout the day till we got this 10.96 pass.

To recap, any time you drive a DSM home after a dozen hard passes is a good day. To do it on a 10 second car with such a simple setup makes it a great day.
Yes, decent wind, that is why I panned to the flags in the second video. I’m not so sure that headwind matters but maybe it was holding his MPH back. I’ve never had any back to back testing to show how much wind hurts a car though. I would like to see him drop a tenth off the 60’ which should be doable with track prep and some ECU trickery I will do for him after testing it out on my car. The track gets minimal prep on a T&T day at that track. We plan to make it lighter, make it safer, and refine the car so that he can enjoy driving it to long island and back next year. It has made the trip a couple times this year already and we are hoping to continue that. If he was a street racer I think he could make some money with that car. It has a nice soft idle, doesn’t look like anything special.
