I disagree that civic hatches are more sought after than 5.0 gt’s. $500 was cheap for the GT shell, dirt cheap(depending on condition). But besides the point, you bought a shell. If this was a Mustang. The GT would have meant better interior, ground effects, and a stiffer suspension versus a non GT. If I’m not mistaken, in Hondas, the Si is simply a statement of your motor, so with no motor, it means nothing. I’m no ricer, but if I was, I wouldn’t have paid a penny more than 350 for that car. Maybe it has no rust on the body, but what about the frame. Not to mention the beat ass paint.
