finally got something decent in my desktop, it’s a matrox MED2mp-dvi, seems to run everything i throw at it at the highest resolutions. gotta get more games to try on it now.

I dont mean to hijack the thread, but what is the purpose of running dual displays? Can you have two different things going on at once? I just don’t understand the need for two monitors on only 1 computer (other than for projection purposes for Powerpoint or something like that)
not yet i’m planning on getting an lcd tv in the future with DVI input then i’ll split it between that and the monitor i have so i can have media center

This is the point of dual monitors.
I have the main program open on the right with aim and windows for the program open on the other. It makes less cluter on one monitor. Just imagine all of that on one monitor.
