so i’m at La Luna for the free power of drinking (with 2 dollar cover) having fun and drinking what not. i heard from a friend that CKY was there partying it up however i hqd no clue who they are as i’m not a huge band groupie for anyone. well i’m hanging out just talking to random people as always. i buy this guy a shot(obvious hammered by them). He ends up having a cuppele friends near by i say WTF bring them over we’ll all do a shot. i introduce myself to him then he introduces himself as Jess Margera from CKY.
long story short i’m on the guest list for tonights concert plus 2. along with picking up an AWSOME hangover! if you’ll excuse me i’m going back to hug the porclean god…

i was there too. only for 30 minutes or so… a few people said hi to me who i had trouble recognizing… dark+bad bad memory ownz me, so if you said hi and i gave you a WTF look, i am sorry. Yeah, a couple of the CKY guys were there, personally, i don’t really give a shit about that band, but w/e.

meh they were cool guys to ahng out with. suprisingly newman i thought you might be there for some reason … my EMO-dar was going crazy so i coulden’t pick you out at all.

yeah, janny and i used to go alot. before it was open bar they had a different DJ and he played sweet music. Now it’s mostly junk music and there are too many people to rock out, so i find myself going alot less… and when i do, it’s only for a few minutes after band practice. The hot shit now i guess is broadway joes weds night. No open bar, but good jams and less tools…

plus an early power hour … the music did suck… they plays some good shit for a while … we went to ghetto styr after a while and i had to settle some stupid ass drama … ugh i hate tough guys …they make me want to crush their wind pipe

That’s pretty awesome. 2 or 3 summers ago I hung out with those guys after their set at Hellfest in Syracuse. They’re cool dudes. Rake Yan was there too. He’s a funny ass dude.

regardless this isn’t a thread about if you liek CKY or not … they’re all cool guys to hang out with in person i’d say jess is the most fun and after hanging out with him i really picked up on how him and Bam are a lot alike in small way just movments and shit …
