I do need to cut the front frame cross member where the radiator is to move the radiator more vertical for turbo clearance…and doing this requires removal of the AC condenser unit and push type dual fans mounted from the front.

another problem is my SLP SS grill. I am not removing that and Im not sure where else I would mount the intercooler.

It depends on how big the turbo actually is, there are plenty of people that do just fine with puller fans and stock radiator support. The real problem in your case is going to be the intercooler… I have a spare OEM bumper if you want to get crazy.

I would still need to change the cam. My cam has too much over lap for boost. Boost would fall in mid gear to shift point like a boost leak.

really? i thought ud want alot of overlap if you are only pressurizing one side of the motor

in a high comp motor , overlap is a good thing with boost
