My weekend at my cottage and letchworth.

as for the dog, I found out after I left that he is now swimming completely under the water. he likes to go under water and get rocks, but he always just stuck his head under the water. he is getting more and more use to putting his body under that he actually extends his legs out and swims under water. my mother ended up getting a picture of this. I cant wait to see this happen now

oh btw thanks for the pics of the st00k

It has to be better than my 9th grade earth science class where the DB’s were always talking about their Zima exploits…

also skeptical about the formeldahyde/dying the water theory.

lol dude your so goofy looking

So after calling a former colleague, it appears I have the wrong river :ham:

That picture looked sooo close to it that I assumed it was the same spot I was thinking of.

Neither of us can remember the name or location of the river where we went for undergrad, but I’ve sent an email to our former professor to find out now because I look like a ass, lol.

But now I’m curious as to why the water at this point of THIS river is so green. Maybe I can get that answer outa him too

^ My guess, the same reason Chautauqua turns so green; algae growing out of control because of the all farm/fertilizer runoff. We stopped taking the boat to Chautauqua because wakeboarding in pea soup is just gross.

Though it seems very early in the year to have that much of an algae bloom. Could just be a reflection thing with the trees.

go phosphorous!

:fail:
