i dont think this has anytihng to do with manufacturer, but what is the sp for?
i know tomei makes sr20 bumpsticks in those combinations, and one of the cam gears is tomei

Every company makes combo’s or you can make a custom combo… so it’s anybody’s guess really. That won’t help you figure it out for sure…
yeah, i was hoping on a limb there, i know tomei cams have there name casted in between the lobes
