try 97cavy on here he can usual get new replacment parts for a good price.
Astro Automotive in albany is a good bet for getting cheap replacement parts (unless your car is an acura, then body parts are expensive no matter what).
My new bumper was like $45, not sure how much they charge for hoods, aside from cheap.
Other than that, I’d suggest junkyards. I’m at school in utica, and will likely be going to vince’s U-pull during the week. If you want I’ll look for a hood for you, most likely cost like $45-50 there.
I’m going to be out of work till the 6th, but can get you both. Have the grille (with out emblem) for like $63
CAPA hood for $210
Economy hood (may have to play with the fit a bit, but quality is still good!) For $165
Also, be advised the hinges and latch are sold separate as well
