Need a realtor...

I thought there was a thread on this already, but couldn’t find it.

anyway, im done searching by myself.
i want a realtor, lol.

Plus, a guy at work was telling me that he’s buying a house and the homeowners are paying 100% closing. (I was told thats impossible by a realtor, and they can only pay a max of 1.5% of the sale price towards closing cost)

If I could get someone to pay 100% closing… I’d be all over it.
Anyway, anyone have suggestions on someone who is actually honest/trustworthy?

If it matters any, I’m looking at countryish/stickville homes.
Alden/Newstead/Marilla/Elma… anything with 1+ acre.

it depends on the kind of financing you have lined up… certain loan types- particularly those back by the government- have limits on the amount of closing costs that can be paid by the seller
