Might be closing on a home soon. Can anyone recommend an attorney that’s not crazy expensive and doesn’t take forever to go through the closing process?
Thanks

Randy Gugino did mine was happy with him. He was reffered by a realestate friend of mine. He was in Northtown plaza when i used him.
Gary Schaff, in Lancaster. Has done two houses for me, both went very well,
whoever cougarspeed used, dont use them.
I was going to say that but I am related to him so I am not going to name names LOL. But in all honesty he was great I had my issues with the sellers attorney and the bank.
I used Harris Beach. They were the only party in the entire process that I would use again.
EDIT: I would use the home inspector again too. I guess the mortgage company was OK too. Really just the Realtor was terrible. :roflpicard:
hmm, interesting, I may be trying to pull some shenanigans so it will be important to find an attorney that knows how shit works
Yvonne Tripi 716-873-8833.
She did an excellent job, and was really tough with the other attorney to get the house closed…
She is in Kenmore on Delaware.
mine sucked… or i’d give you her digits.
Second it, he did mine and it went perfectly, no complaints at all.
Sergent and Collins in Williamsville. Closed on my house in 6 weeks. Ask for Nick Sergeant.
I used Paul Cieslik. He was always on top of everything. Did and excellent job.

Good luck
Juncewicz Law Group 8361500. It is the firm that I work for now and they do closings. I would be able to work on it as well. If you want pricing I can see how much it would be at work tomorrow. Just pm me.
4 year bump, I am looking for someone now, anyone had a good experience recently?
My girlfriend can process the closing through the firm she works at (Chelus, Herdzick, Speyer, Monte).

I know she’ll be attentive to any question you might have along the way.
(Edit: Ironically, the post before yours is her {on her shitty NYSpeed handle}. She’s fully Bar admitted, etc. now)
dunno your location but you don’t want to use the cheapest attorney (i.e. usually some guy living in his mom’s basement) for a closing, otherwise you’re gonna have a bad time. That said most attorneys lose money on every single closing they do because they get a kick back on the title insurance.
If you’re in Rochester, send me a PM. I work at a major law firm.
North Buffalo, but I’m willing to use anyone in WNY that fits my needs. Looking for someone with some experience, don’t mind spending a bit more than the bottom dollar to have a quality transaction.
I was recommended 3 names by my realtor, but am wary of using someone they suggest (something along the lines of, “the same reason you don’t take repair advice from a mechanic trying to sell you parts”). Any thoughts on this?
