Buying a house from a close friend in Buffalo 14214 and need a lawyer or attorney or w/e do take care of all the crap associated with it. Really have no idea how it works but my mortgage dude says to get one for the contract. Looking for a reasonable priced person that isn’t going to take forever, not that it’s a huge rush but i want it done with asap. Anyone with experience that can recommend someone?
