i have a lathe to adjust the final ID and OD of the pieces i have to make, i just need stock to start with that gives me enough material to work with
final required sizes
first piece: 1.69" ID & 1.9 OD
second piece: 1.75 ID & 1.9 OD
typicly available tubing can be found in 1.75 ID X 2.0 OD , but i wonder about accuracy, as i would much rather have sligthly LESS then 1.75ID and have to open it up, then have 1.75+ and have to much slack in the part
and since this is a protype part, if i had the pieces machined im looking at 300+ for the parts, just to make stuff i already have the lathe for
