need help with my verizon phone

here is my dilema. i have had a verizon phone for about 3-4 years now. my problem is i want to find an old number that i have called back then. i went to verizon and they only have records going back 1 year. i was wondering if somebody could help me out here? thanks for any help that is recieved.

go to verizonwireless.com and login to your account. you can download pdfs of your paper bill which contain all the numbers you dialed.

also you can call them and ask for a paper bill from the month you dialed it and they can send you the paper bill i bet. just might cost you.
