i have a 99 civic with a b swap in it and i keep blowing engine mounts can anybody tell me if hasport makes this mount??
humm…have ya thought of going with a hard mount insted…like a race built mount…megan makes one thats decent for the money…there are a few more makers but i dont know the names …sorry…one thing thou…you will feel vibration more from the engine…it will help somewhat off the line as you controll the motion of the engine…allso look into an engine stabalizer bar or engine shock…to stop your twisting issue…good luck…keep us posted on what ya find out.

Do you actually have all the other mounts installed (particularly the two under the frame rails in front of the motor)? If not, install them. If they are installed, check and see if they are intact or shot. If shot, replace with urethane inserts.
I’ve never had a problem with that dr side mount. x2, make sure everything else is installed properly.

there are tones of companys that make mounts…choosing the best one should be your issue…not finding one sire…just search your engine modle in the searbar + engine mounts…and 5000 will show up…your lucky …you have one of the most popular builds around…there are tones of parts.

What condition are your other mounts? You should have three main ones: drivers side, pass, and rear tranny…and two front lower torque mounts. ALL of them are needed to control the rocking motion of the motor under load. The only explanation for that blowing like that is either you are missing something, or your other mounts are fucking shot.
I would be interested to see a pic of the motor sitting in the engine bay, something tells me one of your swap mounts may be wrong and is causing the motor to sit off-kilter…which could lead to mount failure.
As for the companies Avid, HASport, Innovative are the ones to look at. HASport sells them individually, not 100% sure about the others

^ They have the Innovative mounts driver side replacement bracket that converts the driver side mount to a 92-95 civic/94-01 integra/93-97 del sol style mount instead of using that liquid filled mount
