Hey guys, I’m thinking of buy these off ebay

I just want to know what I should look for. I already asked about blown shocks and leaks and the seller said there’s none. The thing is that it doesn’t come with height adjusting tools so I have source my own. What else should Ilook for? do I nee special bolts or hardware or is it just basic OEM bolt on?
