Alright, this thread is open to anyone who can use MS paint, so get your mice ready…
This is what my rear panel currently looks like.
It’s just been cut down with a cutoff wheel after is was smashed up. I have the capacity to have sheet stainless of various gauges burned into any shape i choose, then formed on a CNC brake press.
The plan is to replace what i have there now with something custom fabricated, from 14GA 316 Stainless (possibly polished). I’ll give you a few of my ideas to start with, but feel free to use MS paint, if you can’t solid model… (probably on the third image down)
This was the first thing i thought of. I can do nearly ANY 2D shape.
I also thought about incorporating my name (NEWMAN) into it, because there are no letters that need “stencil connectors”. The Plate is affixed to the muffler, so obviously I need the area in the center open for that.
