sure with the right tools you can make the job a 10sec job…but assuming bing doesn’t have access to a mill… he’d have to center punch, dril, tap… etc.
If you’re looking for several of these… i recommend supplying a machine shop with the correct size bolt/thread and let them drill/tap the I.D.
