Dear Mr. Logik,
While we at KrazyKid Gauges make it out duty to provide you the customer with the up-most support and extend our efforts to fairly compensate the customers for mistakes we may have made during the purchase or production of our merchandise, we will deny your claim for punitive compensation in the form of reimbursement for your tooners stay at the Crown Plaza becasue your car was incomplete prior to your engagement to tune the vehicle. We feel it is not KKG’s problem that you booked a tune date prior to verifying that your car is in proper running and operating order. Furthermore you didnt provide us with proof or purchase of said tooner, or hotel stay.
