new car question

just curious, what process narrowed it down to those two cars? Im not knocking either car, just wondering what you are looking to get out of them

FWD coupes w/ stick, 10K - 14k, 2-4 yr/old, I guess. 1 car owner (winter driven), semi-project. Correct me if I’m slightly off.

How much are decent (read: not beat on like small rented dogs) S2K values?
