thanks for the event driftnation. pulled a few all nighter to get the car back running on time but it was well worth it
good event… but it’s interesting how 1 complaint will slow down the day for 18 people.
TMP is a nice track, but honestly, the track restrictions is way too much. I think we should go back to shannonville or bring some more balls and head to mosport

Thanks =), The DriftNation DK2 of 2006 was a good event, I was impressed with the track layout TMP has designed and with overall difficulty/flow of the course. This was my first DriftNation event, I have attended shannonville drift and grip events previously. I would like to say thanks to my friends who helped me make it to this event (Leslie, Benny, Quincy, Oscar, David) everyone who was at track, DriftNation (Alberto, Wayne, Kendrick, Felix, Alex, and all the staff (sorry dunno yours names =S)) for having a great event and everyone else who supported me. I reccomend DriftNation to anyone/everyone who is looking for a way to begin in this sport or wants to beef up their skills. Oh and also thanks to the girl Anna (<iirc ><’) from sweetiegirlracing that sat in my car when I was trying to figure out the course in the beginning of the day, you helped me out alot!
Awesome event for sure. Totally worth the money. I learned alot that day, and met some new people too.
It was fun to hit the track for the first time. I’m glad I at least managed to make it to the 3rd round, it was fun.
DriftNation Crew- you guys are HARDCORE. Keep it up! Congrats to the winners as well. See you guys on the 19th!!!
BAHAHA, Leo you had the hardest time out of anybody. Sweet drifts though, even when you broke your power steering lines what…like 4 or 5 times.

Alright I have been following the drifting closely this year. And if correct the ALL-ONTARIO drift standing are as follows. 3pts 1st place, 2pts 2nd, 1pt 3rd.

I have counted the 2 Driftstar events, The 1 competitive Driftnation event and the CSCS event. lol sure its silly, but why not? If there are any corrections please inform me. There are alot of Chris’ so I may have confused a few.
Not everybody went to every event, its really impossible to count scores like this.
If you really wanted to ,youd have to include some events and disclude other considering where everyone went.

It’s about time I posted here since the event! Thanks to everyone who organized and helped to organize this event! You all know who you are :). Had a great time at Boston Pizza after the event, but too bad our waitress had PMS.
I had a lot of fun and got to meet some new people, too!
But Osad is right, it’s pretty hard to determine who the “best drifter” is if not everybody attended every event. Besides, who cares about a points system? In the end all it will cause is rivalry and that’s never cool…
Anyway good job DN! Can’t wait to come out to the next one! (Assuming I can afford it…)

Mad props to Driftnation for putting on the best event they could.
It’s cool seeing everybody get better at every event, even the Viper dude was spinning out less at the end of the day (I can’t imagine trying to drift a car with tires that wide on it).
I must be scared to give that 3 place spot up or something
