New to the site: introducing myself

Hello everyone, my name is Nick and I am from central NY (colonie). I have 2 cars and a bike, a 1990 Probe GT (project car), a 1996 Mazda MX-6 M-Edition (daily) and a 06 Yamaha R6. The Probe is what all my time and effort goes into. Its original, to say the least. The mazda is slightly modded with borla exhaust and intake, euro headlight and hids (gotta stay reliable) and the r6 has HID’s as well, flush mounts, fender eliminator and a slip on. Here are some pics of the toys:

Ah the memories. Nice turbo Probe.

Thank you! Its pretty mean too. I made 325hp and 350ft lbs last season with it, running a t3/t04e 50 trim and MegaSquirt EFI (harness and MS assembled by me). This year is a whole new setup with quite a bit higher goals. Should be a lot of fun, and should also suprise some people :smiley: .

when i saw the thread+title, i figured you’d be comfortable in the “huge nerd corner” of the forums- but then i saw you have an affinity towards probes… haha.

computer nerd - true. love for mazda - true. The bike is awesome too, but the Probe should without a doubt beat the R6 (thats the goal anyway). Nick

At first when you said modded probe I thought oh gosh, then saw the pics and though meh at least its clean, and then read 300+hp 300+tq and thought siqqq.
