New track times from PRP today...

It was the 6 puck … I am buying the same clutch again it held its own for a long time. Mind that mine was 5-6 years of beating before it gave in… my pressure plate hasnt had any pressure (at the pedal) all year so I knew its time was over. ACT kick butt for the money … I just cant see spending 1600 for twin disk if the act still holds great most I might do is get a MaxExtreme there new crazy holding clutch with the 6 puck.

way to go steve, thats awesome.

SlowCivic…that was an excellant time!!! Well done!!!

I was up at PRP with the bug but had clutch problems because I changed it the night before and never adjusted it. Duuhhh…

Went out to Dragway 42 last Saturday, Nov 12th, instead and got in 8 runs and bettered my time also. Wasn’t about to sit around at PRP just to get 2 lousy runs all day.
I ran an 11.6600@116.52 with the slicks and stinger. I’ll update mine on Pittspeed as soon as I get the pictures back from the track photographer. He got some great pics of me doing sky high wheelies.
Still N/A 4 cylinder too in the white 66 bug.

You should go out to Dragway 42 this weekend. It’s a little west of Summit Racing and Akron, Ohio. They are still running till the snow flies! It’s a little far but well worth the trip.

I’ll be there Saturday if it’s still open trying to better my time.

The muscle cars would die out there with your car running so fast. They were pretty pissed at mine. Can’t wait to see their faces if you show up

Haha sounds like some real fun out that way but my clutch is way too beat up and soo is my transmission. But thanks for the invite I will def be out next year to tear up. Great times for you man that thing rips

anyone going to dragway 42 this weekend??

Awesome vids …

Hey z32 power … your car is sick … I love it!

thanks :burnout:

was your truck the dodge running 12.2’s? that thing was amazing…

No that wasn’t mine …

I know the truck very well and also know the new owner … It is a nice truck.

Im in the low 14’s high 13’s (If very lucky) in my truck … I have to EASE way out which sucks because I can’t launch

why not launch in 4high?

Most diesels should launch in 4 hi … this is true …

My problem is that I didn’t opt for the bigger 1 3/8" inch imput shaft because money was an issue when I had the majority of the truck built. With me being on the stock imput shaft still, and the amount of tourque … Im afriad of snapping that imput shaft in half … which would be very easy to do. So I just opt to play it safe more or less
