Wow. Well umm …Turn down your feed speed and heat, if youre using a shielding gas equiped welder wich it looks like you are tack all your segments in place as to ensure propper alignment. unless you are a good welder you will not get this done in one pass so start tacking all the way aroud while overlaping every previous tack with about 50% of the new one. The first segment should be a bit difficult if you are new. Anyway tack all the way around each joint, do this fairly quickly as to avoid any warpage. When you are done, if done right, the joint will look almost as if it was TIg welded. Oh ya also how the hell did you manage to weld a cast piece without it cracking?
