I was referred over here by a member of BuffaloScooby.com. I dont post much there, but I am a very active member on IWSTI.com.
2006 Silver Wingless STI in Rochester if anyone sees me around. I know a few of you from BS.com, but interested in meeting some more car nuts! This is my first performance car and picked it up in Feb 2006. A few thousand dollars later and I am getting towards my goals. Of course it is a never ending journey with the mods though…
Id post pics, but I just moved and I am working off of my work internet service right now and dont have access to my photobucket account until the 11th when my Road Runner is hooked back up. Best I can do is the pic in my sig for now. Car looks the same except for the rims that I just swapped out for some Gramlights. Ill update my journal when I get the new pics, but they were just mounted yesterday
Going to try this for pics, not sure if it will work as all I can see is red X’s for now. Let me know if the pics work or not and I will update more this weekend when I have access to my photobucket account.
The beginning - Stock
A little over 2 years later
Most recent update as of Yesterday, Gramlights vs Rotas - goodbye cheap knockoffs!
No racing as of yet. It was a daily driver until I landed a new job about a month ago. I just moved this weekend and I am getting my crap back together. I drive a company car for work (06 Focus ) and this is my weekend/personal car.
I would like to get into some more racing etc, but I have to wait until the finances will allow it. I was just informed of the track day in Canada by the guys on BS.com and might check that out somtime. Would also like to get out to the stip sometime to see what the car and myself are capable of. I am a little bit scared as I have never dragged before and dont want to embarass myself. We shall see though
I have Evo Recaros that are going in this weekend and fixing up a few odds and ends. I have a few dings I want to get out and the trunk needs to be repainted!
Welcome Can’t say I’m a fan of the de-wing… kind of makes it look like a pre-pubescent child… I seriously mean absolutely no offense by that. Everyone has their own likes and dislikes! But it looks like you did a clean job, which I can certainly appreciate!
Edit: Definitely make it out to a Dunnville Day, plus an autocross or two.
