Nikon 70-300mm VR Lens

Does anyone have this lens for a Nikon camera? I would like to try it out before buying. Thanks.

I thought you already bought a 70-300?

I did but it does not have the VR feature. I am looking to sell my lens and get teh VR one…but I would like to see if anyone has one first so I can try it out.

Ahh I see. Sell me your stock lens cheap

Eh

FWIW I was considering buying one with the VR

But I realized a good tripod + remote = win…

yeah, but i dont want to carry a tripod everywhere i go to capture longer distant objects.

makes sense…

I’ll sell you a 70-200 VR for a decent deal if you’re interested. Great lens, even makes an amateur like me look good.

How much are you asking? Is it a G or ED lens?

Depends if you’d want my stock lens or not.

Pretty sure it’s an ED. It’s exactly what mpd has, I believe. I love the thing, but can’t justify keeping that much lens around for what I do.

As for price, it will be very very competitive. Way less than new and probably a good cut under eBay, plus you know what you’re getting (not going to be some beat up glass or a cheap chinese knockoff).
