Nintendo's first commercial

I had rob, he sucked

+1

i think he was retarded

R.O.B. was like the worst idea ever. Next to the powerglove in execution. So amazing that we used to pay for that stuff.

I wasn’t allowed to have a nintendo :frowning:

we had a sweet comp though

WTF did hat robot do anyway?

Usually it just didn’t work. It was supposed to do certain actions by watching the screen flash.

Also doubled as an easy way to cause a colorful siezure. Even then there were only two games that used it.

i loved hogans alley.

never had rob…

it never made sense to for me to
want a robot that dropped something on a plastic thing…

i could have used my toes for that.

i had and probably still have that damn running pad…
it was much easier to use sitting on the couch

Whats up with that kid’s way in holding a controller?

Haha, me and Willybeen tried play “Track & Field” the correct way. My god that game is exhausting as hell.

wasn’t ROB super rare? i never saw one :frowning:

look at all teh shit it came with.

^ yeah what the hell is a “gyromite”???

R.O.B. was a fuck

he made the powerglove look like

like

space peanut

f’real…who does that?

damn i want hogans alley

to reiterate, Hogans alley WAS “action packed” like they say!

now a days, ur lucky if you get a game with your console, let alone a second controller.

i still have my power glove…
stupid advertizing making it look cool :frowning:

I <3 duckhunt. My old roommate found a working NES at a garage sale so we actually had one in our dorm room/apartment at UB! It was awesome. I’d get drunk and pwn clay pigeons. Pull the system as far from the TV as it would go and I think I got to round 35 once. (After round 20 the games over if you miss once.)

Duck Hunt is like the greatest game ever in terms of simplicity.
