I know this works on an 07 Nissan Murano but can be used for a bunch of Nissan/Infinity vehicles (you’ll need to verify if it will work for your car). It plugs into the factory satellite radio plug behind the rear seats in a Murano. It gives you full iPod/iPhone control (Previous/Next etc) and song info as well as charging. I personally saw it work with an iPhone 4, 4s, 5s, 5c and 6+ in our Murano. Has the older Apple 30 pin plug but works fine with an Apple 30pin to Lightning adapter. Adapter not included. Perfect working condition when I pulled it from our Murano before trading it in. Looks new since it’s spent it’s life buried behind the center console.
I’ll throw in an RCA to 3.5mm cable as well so you can also use this as an AUX input for non-iOS devices. I added this when I had an Android phone.
