A friend of mine went to cleveland this past weekend and said there were signs along the highway when he was approaching the city that had the letters “HC” with a cross over them as to mean “No HC”, maybe Im missing something here but does anyone have any idea what this means.

Everyone knows that there is a ban on Hot Cocoa in Cleveland. Do you even read the newspaper ??? It’s been all over the news. It causes excessivley large hairballs in Llamas. It was clogging up the sewers. Big, big issue there…
