ill know weds next week, ill edit my post then
, The rumor mill of course says 3% but thats the standard number usually
i got one on new years. in 6 months i’ve gotten 5 raises. guess i’m a good mechanic.
signing in…
Ugh.
I got a role model review a couple months ago… which was nice… and we are also eliminating incentives (we paid out more than 1mil in incentives last yr)… but they will be back in April with the state budget is approved… so come July… my raise will go through no prob.
Good thing we got a new contract last year, before the economy really tanked, that gives us 4% every year for the next 4 years.
4% here.
I don’t even have a job anymore, stupid recession. I hope I can find one in 09, geez
no job? fuck
…dot…
But I did get a new job that I am much happier at, just the monetary bonuses are not there as much as I am use to… oh well the environment alone is worth the money to me, I have so much less stress than I use to and I actually enjoy work now
I got the good ol’ Federal raise… 3.9% it’s not lifestyle changing, but I’ll take another 96 cents an hour
3.75% here
well… gov’t contracts are still goin good… so we’ll see come march, eh?
Sucks jager… sorry to hear
I get 3% this year, too bad I hate my job
I fucking fail. I am leaving my job right now(army) where i still got a raise make like 50K/year+all free health care+tax breaks and I am going to be unemployed in t-8 months. FAIL!!! Oh well I guess its more important to be happy right? I will at least keep telling myself that. Im going to feel so poor. ugh
zero for me.
3% is scheduled for april, we’ll wait and see
No raise in 09 so far. I guess it’s going to be “reviewed” in March. But IMO, it’s not going to happen this year.
just announced yesturdaybut does not really affect me though
I just got a new job and am making 43.75% more than my last job plus I will get a raise in 2 months.
I usually get 3% raises every October, and April. Our labor contract expired and we haven’t ratified a new one yet, so now it’s just 3% every April. I’m happy to have a great job, but the company is making money hand over fist, yet still increased our health insurance premiums another 16% this year. That’s a total increase of 300% in the last 4 years.
