The city of pittsburgh ends like 5-10 miles from where you house is. You live in West Mifflin, you pay taxes to west mifflin borough, not the city of pittsburgh. Just b/c some people right Pittsburgh PA instead of West Mifflin PA on there address doesnt mean a thing.
