A buddy of mine that works at 3 Rivers VW told me about this site when I had my bug at the Crooked Euro’s Oktoberfest at that dealer. Great show that was put on and plenty of attendence. Impressive!! I had the white 66 bug that left the parking lot with lots of noise and tire marks. Looks like this site has like a lot of information for upgrades on all types of cars for faster 1/4 times. A site well needed. I drive my 66 air-cooled bug on the street and at the drags. Now that PRP has closed I’ve been heading, from Pittsburgh,PA, up to Dragway 42 near Akron, Ohio, where they are still racing till the snow falls. It’s a good drive but well worth it. I’ve been getting 10 runs each time so it’s great for some T&T if anyones interested. A couple weeks ago I ran my best of 12.000@110.61 with a 60ft of 1.531 with a N/A motor in there. Hoping for the elusive 11’s before the snow falls. Looking forward to hooking up with some of you when PRP opens up again next year. If anyone needs any help with any air-cooled car, let me know as I’m always willing to help out. Doesn’t matter how fast you run…as long as your having fun! BILL
