I have to go to the food terminal at 9am on saturday, and spend the rest of my day prepping shit.
My night tonight is consisting of rotating and monitoring pork smoking in a cool 160 deg. smoker.
I absolutly cant wait until sun when i can see this go off, have a good time, and drink some beers!!
