I should be integrating facebook into the forums after our next major update which we have discussed but have not scheduled. This will give the ability to like posts/threads as well as share content between the two entities.
The forums can be openly read by anyone correct? Posting is restricted to members only?
Excellent. Facebook’s blocked at work so half the friggin internet doesn’t work right for me. Facebook integration here will be the last bit of needed annoyance to stop compulsively logging in. :tup:

It means that if you’re logged into Facebook you’ll be able to “Like” threads and posts on NYSpeed.
correct. Most of the forums are open to all. There may still be a few closed areas but nothing I can think of off hand.

Nope, so long as you are not logged in to facebook it will all look the same. I actually have it in the background right now and you are still here, so you get to stay a while longer.
OK. As long as my effing back button doesn’t stop working because of whatever facebook plugin redirect bullshit that messes with me everywhere else.
